The Region 6 Homeland Security Planning Board’s Critical Infrastructure Sub-Committee is primarily responsible for enhancing critical infrastructure and key resources (CIKR) protection and resilience capabilities locally, and building upon existing private and public partnerships to further CIKR protection and resiliency progress. 

In this regard, the sub-committee will identify, develop and strengthen critical regional public and private sector infrastructure and key resources to improve response and recovery capability. 

This group will incorporate several activities and projects of the Law Enforcement team such as Cyber Crime, Automated Critical Asset Management System (ACAMS) training, and Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources assessment, prioritization and protection projects.
